Daily 13D Monitoring:
- We review every 13D filing (over 8,500 each year) and distribute to our clients
within hours of the filing detailed, expert reports on all material 13D filings

- Since we read every single 13D filing each year and are intimately familiar with
all of the top activist investors, nobody is in a better position to parse through
their Item 4 disclosure, read between the lines and distinguish between boilerplate
filings and material events.
- We have developed a network of hedge funds, institutional investors, activists,
investor relations officers, proxy solicitors and proxy advisory services who we
talk to on a regular basis and about specific filings, which allows us to provide
accurate commentary and ratings on 13D situations.
- While our reports are extremely detailed, we transmit them via e-mail (on average,
two to five reports per day) with a subject line containing the Company name, ticker,
